Elizabeth Knies

Along with Jean Pedrick and Marie Harris, Elizabeth Knies was one of the original participants at Skimmilk Farm. Many of the poems in her books The New Year & Other Poems (published in ThreeSome Poems, Alice James Books, 1975); Streets After Rain (Alice James Books, 1980); From the Window (Teal Press, 1985); White Peonies (Oyster River Press, 2001); and Going and Coming Back (Oyster River Press, 2007), were workshopped there.
